These 12 pieces, transcribed by Sandra Downing and Peter Moore, make a lovely collection. At first sight, the larger print of the music gives the impression of easy pieces - always a good confidence boost! Every other piece has a performance note above it drawing attention to a particular aspect of the music. The pieces are relatively short, with only three pieces being two pages in length. They lend themselves beautifully as sight reading exercises for more advanced students, and delightful concert repertoire for students around grade 3. |
